Folk Art Connections: Bringing you closer to the artists

Lectures, Films, Workshops, Pop-ups, and More!

Folk art is a window through which we see communities and individual makers of all sorts, from all cultures, expressing a wide range of identities and beliefs. IFAM provides a place for all of us to gather, learn, celebrate our shared humanity, and appreciate what brings us together.

Folk Art Connections aims to provide the Market experience throughout the year with immersive, hands-on opportunities that invite audiences to interact with the artists, their lives, and the profound cultural influences that shape IFAM and inspire the creation of folk art from around the world.
