Administrative Support Coordinator - Santa Fe, NM

JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) will serve in a supportive role in each department in the organization and play an essential role in all functions of IFAM operations and management of the IFAM Center. The incumbent shall serve as a receptionist managing phone calls and walk- in guests, provide hospitality for IFAM Center events, manage IFAM’s retail store (including volunteer store cashier), and provide administrative support for the CEO and Board of Directors. During, and leading up to the Market, the ASC serves as the primary box office contact for IFAM ticket buyers.

Seasonal Volunteer Coordination Assistant - Santa Fe, NM

JOB SUMMARY: The Seasonal Volunteer Coordination Assistant assists with administration of IFAM’s volunteer program including recruitment, training, management and supervision of IFAM’s volunteer corps of over 1,400 volunteers to provide supplementary workforce to IFAM activities and programs. Supports the Volunteer & Community Relations Manager at IFAM | Santa Fe as well as Volunteer Leadership Chairs.

This position is part-time from early April (around 20 hours/week) and becomes full-time from mid-June through mid-July (around 40 hours/week). Some overtime may be required in the weeks prior to and during the International Folk Art Market Santa Fe (July 8 – 12, 2026). To be eligible for this role you must be available to work during the week of July 6 - 13, 2026. The position ends on or shortly after July 31, 2026.

Artist Development Assistant - Santa Fe, NM

JOB SUMMARY: The Artist Development Assistant will have a supportive role in IFAM related activities pre, during and post 2026 IFAM event from approximately May 20 through July 31, 2026. The Artist Development assistant will help to accomplish Market related preparations and activities that are tasked to the Artist Development team.
