Join the Santa Fe School of Cooking and the International Folk Art Market for a series of cooking classes that celebrate IFAM’s travel program, Passport to Folk Art Trips. The classes explore the cuisine of some of the home countries of participating IFAM artists and select travel program destinations for 2020. From Mexico to Egypt to Cuba, these classes exemplify the very best signature dishes from folk artist home countries.
The classes will be demonstration-style and include recipes and a full meal. 20% of all proceeds go to support IFAM. $90 per person plus tax
